Normal Payment Scheme (NPS)
Normal Payment Scheme is also known as Progressive Payment Scheme. This allows you to service your loan via monthly instalments progressively according to the stage of completion of the property. Private property down payment will be 25% if purchaser is eligible for 75% housing loan.
